Free Summer Reading Printables! This set includes a reading log, book report, prize certificates, and an idea page. You can decide how and when you give out a prize certificate. I used book, candy bar, and dollar store item as their prize choices (they can check the box of the one they want), but you can change them to anything you want.
The idea page has the websites for the Scholastic and Barnes and Noble summer reading program so you can use those this summer as well!
