It does sound fun 🙂 Anything that gets you outside and in the garden! Compost is super simple to make and a great way to use up the homestead “leftovers” 🙂

Any thoughts on how to break up twigs into compost-size pieces?

I have looked into shredders, but they are expensive if you only have a few things to break up. I would consider it if you have a lot of twigs and branches though. Other than that, just snapping them is the only thing I can come up with.

I don’t. It is a company that creates them and sends them to me so that I can share them if I want. I almost always do because they do a great job!

Hello! What a useful infographic, we ordered some cheap compost for this weekend and plan on dispersing asap. How fun we sound =) Oh well, at least I can check it off my list.
